three primary channels; 1) our employer partners who post with
us on a regular basis, 2) we work with staffing agencies and third

A: On the average our postings remain active for 30 days
unless the employer has a short term hiring deadline and would
like the position only posted for a couple of weeks. Sometimes

information provided by the employer. Most of our employer partners
opt to receive resume applications via email. Some of our employer
partners, such as college athletic department may require applications
by direct mail with reference letters. In addition, some employers
may request faxed resumes. Either way, rest assured we will provide
you with the information available.

discounted auto renew service. This provides continuous access

A: No, there is not cost simply cut and paste and click!
We recommend that everyone who is interested in applying for a
position submit their resume into our resume bank and select your
career area of interest. There is NO FEE to do this. The resume
bank is accessed by our recruiters on a regular basis. You may
be called for an interview whether you subscribe or not. However,
if you wish to take a "pro-active" position in your
job search and you would like to apply directly to the employer
through our system, then you will need to subscribe. We also recommend
